You can review the current status of your order under the Order History tab located under the Account icon in the top right corner of www.artsy.net on Artsy's desktop site.
You will receive an email from orders@artsy.net whenever there is an update to your order. The shipping confirmation email will include tracking information so that you may follow along with your shipment.
Note: In the case that your order does not have a tracking number, you will be contacted by phone to schedule delivery.
You can review the current status of your order under the Order History tab located under the Account icon in the top right corner of www.artsy.net and the bottom left hand corner of the Artsy app:
To view tracking information on an order, click on the artwork image in your Order History tab. To follow along, enter the provided tracking number into the corresponding shipping company's website.
