This article will walk you through steps to take as you run into technical troubles with Artsy's iOS App. Do try each step fully and only move on to the next if you continue to experience troubles after following the step before.
1. Ensure that you are running the latest version of the app.
To do this, open the App Store on your phone, then tap Updates, and look to see if there is an update for the Artsy app. If there is an update available, please update it to the latest version and try again. We regularly update the iOS app to fix issues and release new features.
2. Remove the app for your device entirely and reinstall.
Delete the app on your iPhone by holding on the app’s icon for a couple of seconds (hold until the icons start to wiggle), then tap the x in the top left corner of the app icon, then tap Delete. Please be assured, your data will be saved. To reinstall the app, launch the App Store app, search for the Artsy app, and tap the Download button to reinstall it. Once the app is reinstalled, please log in and try again.
