Connecting your crypto wallet to Artsy

Before placing a bid, you must connect your crypto wallet to your Artsy account. If you haven’t already done so, the “Bid” button on the lot page will be replaced with “Connect Wallet”. 

Click “Connect Wallet” and you’ll have the option to proceed with a MetaMask wallet or WalletConnect.

To proceed with MetaMask, you’ll be prompted to download and install the MetaMask browser extension through their website. Click the link and follow the prompts. For more information about how to set up a MetaMask wallet, please see this guide. 

To proceed with another wallet provider, select “WalletConnect” and scan the QR code or search for your preferred wallet via the Desktop tab.
