Artsy lets you participate in auctions happening all over the world from the comfort of your own home. On Artsy, you can place bids in advance or in real time while watching live auctions, and you can also bid in our curated timed auctions. Bidding with Artsy is simple, with just a few easy steps:
- Register to bid so the auction house knows who’s bidding. To register, log in and click “Register to bid” on the sale page.
- Browse through artworks and request additional information.
- Place your bid. You can learn more about the process here.
Once an auction closes, we’ll send you an email if you won any lots. The auction house will then reach out to you directly about shipping, payment, and other next steps.
