If the work you purchased after contacting a gallery via Artsy Inquiries was processed off-platform (without secure checkout), you must contact the gallery directly to organize a return. Artsy does not handle returns of works purchased outside of secure checkout.
Tip from Artsy Specialist: Ask a gallery about the return policy before buying a work. While messaging the gallery, you can also request high-resolution images of the work and any details about its condition. Should something go wrong with your purchase, please reach out to the gallery directly.
