How do I request a return?

To ensure accurate artwork representation for works sold in Artsy Auctions, our team of experienced specialists and the Artsy Marketplace Integrity Team work with the seller to verify authenticity and condition. This may include providing invoices from the time of purchase, COA (if available) and/or multiple artwork photographs.

If your work is meaningfully not as described, inauthentic, does not arrive, or arrives damaged, we will work with you to find the best resolution, including getting your money back. Per Artsy’s Conditions of Sale, we offer a 2 day inspection period & 1-year authorship warranty. Should the work be misrepresented in any way, please notify our team within 2 days of delivery, and we will assist as soon as possible.
