I just selected wire transfer to pay for my order. What's next?
You will receive an email with the wire information details for you to make payment. We ask that payment is made in USD. Once payment has been made, please send proof of payment to Orders@artsy.net Our Orders team will confirm your payment and keep you informed on the order status. Please note that for quick processing, please also include your order number in the wire payment notes field.
How do I know wire transfers on Artsy are safe?

When should I arrange the payment and how long do I have to pay?
Payment is due when your Order is accepted. We ask that you make payment as soon as possible and provide our team with proof of payment. If payment is not received within 7 days, your order will be canceled. If you are not able to pay within 7 days, please contact Orders@artsy.net.
When can I expect my order to ship?
When selecting wire transfer as your payment method, the gallery will receive an update to ship the artwork within 7 days once we confirm receipt of the wired funds. Please note that depending on the shipping service selected at check out, shipping time frames will vary. Additional information about shipping can be found here.
The gallery I wish to purchase from is not based in the United States. When will Wire transfers be available in other regions?
